Data we process We process the information you provide when placing an order or contacting us, including your name, email, telephone number, delivery address, postcode, order contents and notes. We also process necessary technical and security data used to operate and protect the shop. Card details will be handled directly by Stripe once card payments are enabled; SmartLifeCy will not store full card details. 3. Purposes and legal bases We use personal data to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, handle returns and warranties, issue invoices in our separate invoicing system, comply with tax and accounting duties, prevent fraud and secure the shop. The legal bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating a secure business. Marketing messages will only be sent with consent where required. 4. Sharing and international transfers We share only the data needed with service providers involved in hosting, payment processing, invoicing and delivery, including the courier selected for an order.
