Legal guarantee

LEGAL GUARANTEE Last updated: 20 September 2026 Goods sold to consumers carry the minimum two-year legal guarantee required by EU and Cyprus consumer law, starting when the goods are received. This legal guarantee is provided by the seller and is separate from any additional manufacturer’s commercial warranty. If goods are faulty, do not match their description or do not function as advertised, contact info@dacaelectricalsmartgrid.com with the order reference, a description of the problem and, where useful, photographs or video. Subject to applicable law, the first remedies are repair or replacement free of charge. If these are impossible, disproportionate, not completed within a reasonable time or cause significant inconvenience, the consumer may be entitled to a price reduction or termination and refund. The legal guarantee does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, or incompatibility that was clearly disclosed before purchase. These exclusions do not limit mandatory consumer rights. The seller bears reasonable return costs for goods covered by a valid conformity claim.
