RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Last updated: 20 September 2026 1. Fourteen-day withdrawal right A consumer may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer, receives the goods. To exercise this right, send a clear statement before the deadline to info@dacaelectricalsmartgrid.com, including the order reference, name, contact details and the products being returned. 2. Returning goods After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days to: SmartLifeCy Returns, DACA ELECTRICAL SMART GRID LTD, Plakas 2, 4104 Agios Athanasios, Cyprus. Please package products securely and include the order reference. For a change-of-mind return, the customer bears the direct return cost unless we agree otherwise or failed to give the required information. The customer is responsible only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. 3. Refunds We refund eligible payments, including the least expensive standard delivery cost offered for the original order, within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and carry no refund fee from us. Extra costs chosen for a more expensive delivery method are not refundable. 4. Exceptions The statutory withdrawal right does not apply where an applicable legal exception exists, including clearly personalised goods or sealed computer software that has been unsealed. Any exception will be identified before purchase. This does not affect rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods. 5. Faulty or incorrect goods Contact us promptly if goods arrive damaged, incorrect or faulty. The trader bears the reasonable return cost for defective goods. Please do not send a product before receiving return instructions where special transport or electrical-safety handling may be required.
